The Supreme Court ( SC ) on Friday
asked SBI why it had not included alphanumeric numbers of individual electoral
bonds to the Election Commission ( EC ) for publication onnits offical website
.

The court issued a notice to the
bank and listed the case for March 19 .

On March 14 EC had published the
names of Donors of the electoral bonds .
·
EC told that it had submitted
orginal copies of documents to SC . SC to return the original copies submitted
and to keep only the digital copies .
Many top donors were
under ED , IT department scanner

An analysis of the companies which
leave among top purchasers of electoral bond shows that a significant number of
them were under ED’s or IT department scanner at some point of time in last
five years .
