One more chance
Israel will have to
face the accept the ceasefire proposal and face isolation
The editorial is about the recently passed resolution in
UNSC that called Israel and Hamas to accept a ceasefire plan proposed by US
president Joe Biden .
Though US says that the plan has been accepted by Israel and
only Hamas needs to give its consent , Israeli PM Netanyahu has said that he
will eliminate Hamas first .
The Biden plan has three stages : In first stage six weeks
long ceasefire is to be observed . Israel military will pull itself. More aid trucks will be able to enter Gaza
.Also the Hamas and Israel will exchange hostages and prisoners .
In second stage Israel has to completely pull out of Gaza .
The third stage talks about reconstruction of Gaza .
The causality in Gaza thus far has crossed 37,000 .
The editorial says that Israel has no option but to agree
with ceasefire plan otherwise It may face isolation .
