Kejriwal’s arrest just one week after the model Code of Conduct ( MCC ) ..

the election is aimed to crush the opposition. Also that the basis of arrest
was just a hearsay.

that the arrest was based on material evidence against him .
SC slams IMA chief for remarks about court’s criticism
On Tuesday during the Patanjali case , the Supreme Court
took Stern view on IMA over comments of its President R.V. Asokan ..
In the last hearing of April 23 , the Court had said IMA
that it would look into the phenomenon of inflated bills , and doctors
allegedly prescribing overpriced medicine in cahoot to the Pharmaceutical
companies .
In an interview later the IMA President , MV Ashokan
commenting on SC observation comments “ It does not behave the Supreme Court ,
to take a broadside against the Medical profession of the country which after
all sacrificed so many lives for the CoVID war “ .
Taking a stern exception to the comments by IMA chief ,
Justice Hima Kohli asked the IMA lawyers
“ After all this , you do this ?
The IMF has not covered itself with glory … how can you decide , which way
we ( SC ) should go “
In the contempt proceeding against Patanjali Ayurveda the
Court “ appreciated “ the second round of unconditional apology published by
Patanjali in over. 300 newspapers .
SC raps Uttarakhand licensing body in Patanjali case
On Monday , Uttarakhand State Licensing Authority (SLA ) had
annulled the licences of 14 Patanjali Products .
SC on Tuesday rapped Uttarakhand SLA for being in slumber
and waking up only after SC chided .
“ This is something you should have done as a routine . So ,
if you want to you can move like lightning . Otherwise , you’re simply not “
justice Kohli asked .
The Court had given another 10 days to SLA to file a fresh
affidavit .
Doctors aware of CoVID Vaccine rate side-effect
Recently Pharma company Astra Zeneca admitted in Supreme
Court that it’s CoVID 19 has the
potential to cause Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome ( TTS ) , a rare
side effect associated with blood clotting .
Doctors in India said that this was not the new information
and they were “ well aware of the warning which has been available in India as
an insert with vaccine since the time it was used for general public here “ .
They added that any adverse effect to the vaccine would have
occurred within 21 days to a month of the
first dose .
